After his strong outing at Oss in the Netherlands, Kooiker did well in the deep sand of Lommel, despite a difficult first race where he finished 13th. He followed up with seventh in the second race, claiming ninth overall, which also reflects his championship standing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Andrea Bonacorsi rose to third in the championship standings during the previous race at Oss, and was keen to continue along the rising line. Alas, fate decreed otherwise, and after finishing 12th in the first race, he crashed early in the second, and did not manage to recover to a points scoring position.\u00a0 He has dropped to sixth in the championship standings.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Bailey Malkiewicz is still working on regaining full fitness.
