Thibault Benistant of Monster Energy Yamaha Factory Racing MX2 has made a strong start to the season by finishing second in the first round of the French Championship in Lacapelle Marival. Karlis Alberts Reisulis also delivered a solid performance, securing fourth place.<\/p>\n

The Lacapelle Marival circuit had undergone several modifications compared to previous major events. These changes proved to be successful, with riders expressing enthusiasm about the new layout. Benistant and Reisulis started the day on a positive note, setting the second and fourth fastest times in qualifying.<\/p>\n

Later in the day, they added two strong motos to their results. Benistant finished second in both motos, securing the overall runner-up position. Reisulis crossed the line in fourth place in both races, which also earned him fourth place in the day’s overall classification.<\/p>\n

The team will remain in France this week to compete in an international race in Sommieres next weekend.<\/p>\n
